1. Sizing Exchanges

We offer a 7-day hassle-free size exchange on standard unworn garments with all tags intact. If you need a size alteration or replacement, contact our team via WhatsApp at +91 99911 02557.

2. Custom Tailored & Bespoke Orders

Items stitched to custom client measurements cannot be returned for a full cash refund, but our master tailors will gladly provide complimentary sizing alterations if needed.

3. Damaged in Transit

In the unlikely event that your package arrives damaged, please record a quick unboxing video and notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will promptly issue a replacement or full refund.
